Wild Landscape Photography in the Scottish Highlands

Fast-changing weather and light makes for magical scenes in Autumn, Winter and Spring, our favourite times of year for landscape photography in Scotland

We visit multiple locations across the Highlands and West of Scotland to create striking and memorable landscape photographs. Our aim is to give you the technical knowledge of your camera settings to capture the style of landscape photographs you want to create; there will be constant help with technique and filters for those that want it.

This will be a very personal tour with very small groups and detailed help with cameras, settings and Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop, if needed. We have a comprehensive set of Lee filters for guest use and tripods too, if needed.

Suitable for all abilities

Why book with us?

Nick is an expert photographer and teacher - with 30 years experience as an advertising and editorial photographer, he has proven ability and the knowledge to help even advanced photographers improve their technique, camera settings and presentation of their photographs.

From camera setup to effective tripod use through to image processing in software like Lightroom, colour management and printing - everyone will take plenty of knowledge away from these trips, together with a set of beautiful landscape pictures.

There will be no challenging terrain to negotiate on this trip.

This trip is ideal for experienced photographers, for improvers and for beginners too. The only requirement is a DSLR or Mirrorless camera with exposure control and a filter thread on the front of the lens. A tripod will be very useful or let us know as we have spares..

If you have questions, please call or message us, our suggestions can probably save you money on purchases too!
