Your chance to get hands-on with the latest optics equipment from Swarovski and OM System - the Birders choice of Optics and Cameras.
Swarovski have the well deserved reputation for being among the best optics on the planet for Bird Watching. Equally, OM System, formerly Olympus cameras, have in recent years become the cameras of choice for Birds and wildlife.
One of the big problems when choosing cameras and optics is trying them in real-world conditions - this is why we are working with the Wildlife and Wetland Trust's flagship reserve at Slimbridge to give people that opportunity to really try out the kit and to have a free day's Birding on us.
On show will be Swarovski's revolutionary AX Visio, the World's First Smart binoclulars together with OM System's groundbreaking new and effective 300-1200mm lens and the enhanced OM-1 MkII camera.

We will send out detailed information to all registered guests a few days before the event. Entry will be by names checked off a list of registered guests at the Slimbridge ticket desk.
Situated close to the M5 in Gloucestershire, with easy access from most of Central and Southern England, Slimbridge has an enviable network of hides and viewing areas. We are using the Peng Observatory for the day. with panoramic views of Rushy lake and its surrounding scrapes.
On hand will be experts from Swarovski and OM System, together with Nick aka WildPhotographer who uses much of the equipment on show daily during his wildlife holidays and workshops in the UK and Europe.
